Mark Me Mark Me was developed at the Ghana Communication Technology University (GCTU) to address the inefficiencies of traditional attendance systems. Manual attendance methods often lead to inaccuracies and lack proper verification. Mark Me introduces a smarter approach, ensuring that student presence is recorded accurately and reliably in real time.
The Solo Mission
Mark Me was built independently by CodeWithKhofi as a focused solution to a real-world problem. From system design to implementation, every part of the platform was carefully developed to be lightweight, efficient, and scalable. The goal was simple: create a system that works seamlessly in real classroom environments without unnecessary complexity.
Integrity by Design
At its core, Mark Me is built around one principle: accuracy. By combining a robust Django backend with location-based validation, the system ensures that attendance records are reliable and resistant to manipulation. This creates a fair and transparent process for both students and course representatives.
