Setup & Upload
Rep creates an account and uploads the Class List. Students in the list are automatically provisioned—they just sign in with their Name and Index Number.

Create Session
Rep initiates a course session, chooses a custom duration, and generates a unique secure access code for the class.

Geofence Lock
The system anchors the attendance to the Rep's GPS location. Students must be physically present in the lecture hall to mark themselves.

Real-time Control
Rep monitors the live list, manually marks students with technical issues, or uses the Manual Lock to end the session at any time.

Instant Reporting
Once finished, the Rep generates a comprehensive attendance summary in PDF or Excel format with a single click from their dashboard.
