1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mark Me, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are a student using this for attendance, you acknowledge that your usage is subject to the rules of your specific department.

2. User Responsibility

Students are responsible for providing accurate identification (Name and Index Number). Attempting to bypass the Geofencing validation through GPS spoofing, VPNs, or proxy marking is strictly prohibited and may be reported to the Course Representative.

Liability Disclaimer: Mark Me is a tool to assist in attendance tracking. The developer (CodeWithKhofi) is not responsible for academic consequences resulting from device failure, poor internet connectivity, or missed sessions.

3. Role of the Representative

Course Representatives (Reps) have the authority to manage class lists, generate reports, and manually override attendance for students with verified technical challenges.

4. Intellectual Property

The software, branding (Mark Me), and source code are the intellectual property of CodeWithKhofi. Unauthorized duplication or redistribution of the platform’s code is prohibited.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms or attempts to interfere with the security and integrity of the system.
